Technical Sales & Estimating Coordinator – fermanagh

Technical Sales & Estimating Coordinator to join our Precast Concrete team, supporting our growing customer base across the GB construction market.

The role centres around managing customer enquiries for the flooring and precast concrete stairs. You’ll receive drawings and project information from contractors, assess the requirements, calculate quantities and prepare detailed quotations including manufacture, haulage and cranage. You’ll then work directly with customers to discuss the quotation, follow up opportunities and help turn enquiries into orders.

Responsibilities include:

Reviewing architectural and structural drawings.

Measuring quantities and preparing quotations.

Calculating project costs including haulage and cranage.

Speaking directly with contractors and customers about their projects.

Following up quotations and developing sales opportunities.

Working with our design, production, transport and contracts teams when projects are secured.

Requirements:

Perhaps already work in estimating, or technical coordination and be interested in developing your commercial and customer-facing skills.

Alternatively, you might have construction or building-products sales experience and be interested in developing the technical side of your role.
