Engineering specialist Recruitment Consultant – generous basic plus substantial open-ended commission structure.

We are on the PSL for the major engineering & manufacturing companies across Northern Ireland.
We are seeking an ambitious, professional Recruitment Consultant to join our existing team. You will work with autonomy to manage an established portfolio of candidates and clients with full support initially to allow you to become fully integrated from day one.
If you believe you have the skills and professionalism to further develop an active desk within the engineering and technical market then we would love to hear from you in absolute confidence. Previous recruitment experience is not essential, although candidates without a sales/recruitment background should ideally have some Engineering or Technical qualifications or experience.
