We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Quality Manager in ensuring all products meet international standards and customer requirements. The role involves working closely with Engineering and Operations to deliver high-quality manufacturing solutions on time and within cost targets.

 

Support and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)

Conduct internal audits and assist with external and AS9100 audits

Create and maintain quality documentation and procedures

Lead PPAP activities including MSA, SPC, PFMEA, PCP, and FAIR

Manage non-conformances through MRB, root cause analysis, and corrective actions

Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap and rework

Analyse data and implement improvements based on findings

Support customer and supplier quality issues

Monitor KPIs and lead quality team meetings

Requirements

Experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment

Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment

Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills

Computer literate and team-oriented

 

 

Experience in a quality-focused role (CMM/CNC knowledge beneficial)

Knowledge of AS9100 and audit processes

Six Sigma Green Belt or relevant qualification
