An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced P/T Sales Administrator to join a small, successful and growing recruitment consultancy, based in the Antrim area. Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will take responsibility for a number of key duties within the small but busy office.
This is an ideal role for someone looking for a varied, busy workload with flexible hours (15-20 hrs per week).
The Role:
- Maintaining regular contact (phone & email) with clients, potential clients and candidates
- Speaking to clients on a regular basis to gauge requirements and update on progress
- Handling Calls from corporate clients and candidates
- Using social media and job boards to post job advertisements
- Assisting with candidate searches and shortlisting process
- Logging all relevant data onto CRM system
The Person:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Office Administrator within a busy environment
- Minimum of 5 (A*- C) GCSE grades including English & Maths with good accuracy in spelling, grammar and numeracy
- Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent organisational and communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work in a small company (sometimes on your own) environment
