Are you a Maintenance Engineer fed up of nights and weekends?  Want a Monday-Friday role?
 
Our client is looking for a dual-skilled or single-skilled Maintenance Technician who has experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, to join them at their premises in the Ballymena area, to conduct maintenance and repairs and possesses excellent fault-finding abilities.
 
This role will suit an Engineer with experience of a continuous improvement culture, looking to find ways to reduce engineering downtime, whilst maintaining plant availability, efficiency, productivity and product quality, at all times.
 
This role will suit someone with:
    • HNC in multi-skilled engineering (dual-skilled) AND/OR 17th Edition wiring regulations (electrical)
    • 5 years’ experience as a skilled Engineer in a similar manufacturing environment
    • Excellent fault-finding abilities and a logical thought process to implement solutions
    • Sound decision making skills
    • High standards of accountability and ability to be flexible and priortise tasks in a fast-moving, pressurized technical environment
    • Knowledge of food manufacturing regulations and Health and Safety legislation.
 
Early shift 5am – 1.30pm week 1; late shift 12pm – 8.30pm week 2.

Salary – dual-skilled – £44200.
