Excellent opportunity for an Electrical- bias Maintenance Technician to come off permanent shifts!
You will be based in a modern factory with an excellent working environment with a stable, friendly atmosphere.
The Role:
- Assist with the installation of new equipment
- Carry out fault finding, testing and maintenance of electrical wiring and industrial equipment
- Accurately complete all PM records on time and making sure there is full traceability
- Assist with internal and external auditors and contractors as required
- Work on a Days only shift, with some shift cover for training and/or holidays when required
The Person:
- Will be time-served and will hold a relevant electrical /mechanical engineering qualification – ideally HNC/D qualified
- Will have over 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias) in a high speed production environment
- Will have over 3 years’ PPM experience and worked in a highly automated plant
- Be proficient in mechanical & electrical systems including pneumatics, welding, hydraulics, stripping and rebuilding machines; electrical fault-finding, repairs and PLC knowledge

Hours:
- Shift Pattern will mostly be Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm. However, there will need to be flexibility to cover for the continental shift engineers – holidays/training.
