FMCG Client based convenient to Lurgan require Automation & Process Engineer. Role maintaining and optimising site-wide automation and instrumentation systems.
Candidates ideally 3rd level/ degree-qualified, experienced in working with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC’s & HMI’s and looking for a challenging yet rewarding role, keen to engage with you
SUMMARY: Hands-on automation and process optimisation within a fast-paced production line.
The Role:
Maintain and optimise PLC, HMI, and other automation systems to ensure operational efficiency.
Oversee the calibration and maintenance schedule for site instrumentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.
Foster strong cross-functional relationships to support operational excellence.
The Person:
Degree qualified in Electrical/Automation/Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in a fast-paced production line.
Proficient in PLCs (Siemens and Allen Bradley), HMI systems, SCADA, and communication protocols eg Ethernet Ip/Modbus
SALARY
to £45,000.
