Hazardous Materials Chemist – Antrim
Hazardous Materials Chemist required in Antrim to join their team in their brand new lab. Monday to Friday role
This role will require someone with a ‘can do’ attitude, a commercial approach and demonstrable attention to detail. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Hazardous Waste Chemists and must be hardworking, reliable, and possess excellent communication & inter personal skills.
Criteria:
- Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in Chemistry or lab related subject
- Ideally some previous experience in an industrial chemical role or similar
- Experience in chemical handling, identification and bulking operations
- Ideally Knowledge of COSHH Regulations and ISO
- Full driving licence
Desirable Criteria:
- Working knowledge of NIEA permitting procedures
- Forklift license
