Administrator/Recruitment Co-Ordinator

Antrim

Ref: TSL-100

We are looking for a professional individual for the role of Office Administrator/Recruitment Co-Ordinator.

This will require an experienced person who is looking for a role in which they can use their business experience to date and perhaps allow them to take a step back from full-time career.      We are looking for someone with good business/commercial acumen, the ability to take initiative and actively contribute and support the recruitment function.

The role will have dual aspects – providing first class administrative support to the technical recruitment team and also providing initial support to the recruitment process – by handling vacancy requests from clients and pre-qualification of candidates.

Specific duties will include:
  • Managing the Job Sites – updating and providing accurate reports on a weekly basis
  • Creating and writing job adverts from Job Descriptions/Person Specifications and agreeing with relevant consultant
  • Using social media platforms to highlight and advertise key roles and an interest in this field would be ideal
  • Acting as POC for client organisations, overseeing Contract Terms of Business and keeping CRM system updated accordingly
  • Acting as POC for candidates registering or applying for jobs and keeping them informed of progress
  • Approaching candidates and clients on a weekly basis for fact finding and updating on opportunities

This is a role that will offer flexibility in terms of working hours – we are happy to discuss this at interview.    We envisage say 3 days per week with the option that this could be developed if needed/wanted.   We place much more priority on getting the right “fit” for the business and are happy to negotiate hours that will suit the right candidate.

Appointee will have a very strong proactive and positive outlook with the ability to constantly engage with clients and candidates alike, as opposed to just being reactive to enquiries.

  • Based in Antrim and convenient to the M2 turnoff
  • Possibility for a “self-employed” individual status on an  invoice arrangement
